Nintendocore

Nintendocore is a sub-genre of [[earrape|cybergrind]] produced by [[permavirgin]] [[basement dweller]]s which fuses elements of [[chiptune]], [[metal]] and [[autism]]. The genre is also rarely referred to by [[Chris_chan|Some]] as '[[sonic|Segacore]]'. The term itself was coined by progenitors of the genre [[furry|Horse the Band]] in [[2007]] as a joke. Likewise, the genre is, and remains to be a joke in every sense despite recent efforts to legitimize it, ensuing massive faggotry.

Oddly enough, the genre has gained a sizable number of fans in [[Trump|Russia]], which has spawned numerous fan communities on the country's shitcan [[facebook]] social media clone [[VK]]. In recent years, the genre term has been brigaded by [[soundcloud]] rappers laying shitty beats and mumble rap over the soundtracks of various [[Nintendo]] properties. This recent trend has incidentally further buried the remains of this myspace era genre, but replaces it as something arguably worse.

Horse the Band (HTB)

[[God|Creators]] of the genre 'Horse the Band' were initially called '[[Mr. Hands|Horse]]' until a [[pornstar]] sued for [[copyright]]. The band draws heavy parallels to [[Death_Grips|Death Grips]] as both feature old, [[homeless]] vocalists. In recent years, the band has attempted to rebrand itself as [[art|avant-garde]] with the use of [[random|nonsensical]] lyrics, and artist features such as Xiu Xiu. As a result, fans consider themselves highly intellectual despite listening to shitty nerdcore.

Iamerror (IAE)

Was the Sawtooth Grin/Daughters wannabe project of [[scene|ex-scene kid]] and [[fanboy|fanboy generating machine]] Peet Bunke (AKA DjRevert), formed in [[2006]]. Their [[lie|"leaked"]] first demo and contains [[earrape]], whisper screaming and the arguably the genre's most infamous song '[[Mario Kart|Rainbow Road]]'. Said track has been covered to death [[forced meme|propelling it to the status of forced meme]], and doing so is considered a rite of passage within the Nintendocore community. While not as [[hipster|mainstream]] as Horse the Band, Iamerror is arguably more influential within the cyber-scene. Simply listing their samples, software and equipment has led to their widespread use among copycats, particularly the use of the [[cancerous]] Yamaha Motif drum sample pack. The band on numerous occasions attempted to [[leeching|leech]] off the success of other projects by producing e-drama. Most notably, their parody song of 'We Came with [[England|Broken Teeth]]' titled 'wecamewithbrokeneardrums', generated a plentiful amount of [[hate]] blogs and [[butthurt]] in response. Alongside their peers, the band also regularly attacked its own fans, which was documented into a now defunct 'epic [[hitler|hitlist]]' on the blog section of their Myspace page.

In later years, Peet has become known for his desperate attempts to distance himself from the project while while egotistically [[masturbating]] onto and shaming pre-existing fans. Despite this, Peet is [[mexican|poor]] and regularly skirts the possibility of reprinting Iamerror shirts for [[shekels]], and continues to post on the band's page to wring out what little attention he can still get. Peet himself is a [[USI|narcissist]] and [[netspeak|2deep4u]].

Monomate

Upon breaking up with Trev and evicting his ass, Pete changed both sound and alias multiple times before landing with 'Monomate', after which many pubescent fanboys bawww'd on his [[myspace]] page, which continues to this day via facebook. Despite their complaints, [[fanboy]]s [[God|deifying]] Peet, and will do nearly anything for his attention, despite his dwindling to non-existent status as an e-celeb. Much like his fans, Peet is a [[gay|closet homo]] and failed art student, but too much of a [[beaner]] to become the next [[Hitler]]. Currently, he writes [[art|/mu/ level microtonal noise shoegaze]].

In [[2010]], Peet released a finished version of Demo 09 with vocals and fake guitar titled 'Grand Battle'; [[regret|something he regrets to this day]]. Despite constantly berating the use of autotune, this album is rife with its usage. This is clearly evidenced by listening to the vocal stems, which were released for a few of the more popular songs on the album. Furthermore, [[Bullshit|He claims to have produced the album entirely by himself]], but [[IRL|in reality]], paid a studio to mix/master it. Pete is attempting to release a handful of new albums, however, this has taken nearly a decade with no end in sight.

Was a Nintendocore group based in [[California]] headed by [[Hambeast|Quinn Spencer]] and [[nigger|Corey Sedor]]. They are infamous for their first release For Derek which contains intense [[earrape]]. In this regard, their subsequent releases have not fared any better.

During peak popularity, the band claimed their vocalist, Corey Sedor, had died as a stunt for publicity. This may as well have been true, considering Quinn later gave Corey the ax, and began releasing further material without him. Quinn was evidently lonely, and created a literal [[girlfriend]] application on ISTDHD MySpace page to no response. The project eventually entered haitus before briefly resurfacing to plagiarize Circa Survive. Finally in 2010, his Harddrive died, [[and nothing of value was lost|destroying an entire album]], all motivation to continue and terabytes [[futanari|FF7 hentai]] alongside it.

Now called [[nigger music|Dr.Drank]], Insert Disc was considered a god among Nintendocore musicians, rightfully so by arpeggiating stock instruments in [[Flash|FL Studio]]. The project was discontinued after its creator [[Jesus]] (Heyzeus) was detained by [[Mexican]] [[Cops|law enforcement]] over [[Jenkem|drug]] possession.

Vernal equinox

Vernal Equinox is the ded project of Marc Oliver, who wrote the next piece of this article to stroke his own ego: [[Cool Story Bro|Apparently, the foundation comes from his music evolving from Nintendo being the only thing he loved growing up.]] He eventually pursued the Nintendocore artists' ultimate journey by becoming [[anhero]] and deleting all social media. Before departing, he released an unmixed, abhorrent mess of an album to bandcamp, claiming he needed the funds from purchases to produce it. He has not fulfilled said project to this day.

Take a Spin Down Rainbow Road (TASDRR)

TASDRR was the 2006 project of Mason Andrews, [[Self_aware|who got out while he could]]. The project was head by then local [[Walmart]] employee Christian Fenn, a [[you|fat American]]. "Chris' music" is comprised of ghostwriters, understandably considering his original material:

The band has been through on/off haitus, and only consists presently of its founding member Chris. Recently, the band claims to still be active through a handful of facebook posts, however the project is conversely confirmed DED due to rightly so lacking demand.

Vaila

Vaila is another one of Chris' of Take a Spin Down Rainbow Road's projects. Ironically despite the separate name, the sound is nearly if not identical to his other projects. In later years, he attempted to re-invent the project by gaining a [[fat]], metal head Tosin Abasi wannabe guitarist, who immediately bailed after two demos. During the project's active years, Chris released some of the gayest music possible for the Pokemon Split, while further marring Oak's Parcel's songs with his nasally voice and autotune.
